Guarantee and Return Policy
At the Bow WOW Gourmet Cookie Factory, we guarantee the quality and freshness of our products. We use the freshest human grade ingredients from which we prepare and bake your order upon receipt. We do not have an inventory to insure the freshest product possible from our oven to your door. Your order should be kept in an airtight container to prolong freshness and kept from moisture. Refrigeration is recommended, however, not necessary as long as the treats are stored in a cool dry environment. Not responsible for improper storage.
Sorry, we do not provide refunds; however, should you receive an order that is unsatisfactory please let us know. We will gladly replace your order or provide a credit voucher which can be used towards your next purchase.
